TMW Maxwell is an exciting new District 2 mixed-use development launch in the Central Business District (CBD) of Singapore. The site of the development was acquired through an en bloc sale on 7 March 2021 at the price of $276.8 million, and will be jointly developed by CEL Development, Sing-Haiyi Investments and Chuan Investments.

The development sits on the site of the former Maxwell House, which was one of the earliest office buildings in Singapore and has a rich history dating back to the early 1920s.

The previous address of Maxwell House was 20 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069113. Previously a 13-Storey commercial building comprising 145 strata units, the site of Maxwell House has frontages at Maxwell Road and Tras Street. When completed in 2028, the new development of TMW Maxwell will assume the new address of 31 Tras Street, Singapore 079934.

MRT stations

The development is well connected to the underground rail network as it is within walking distance to 6 MRT stations. The 6 MRT stations are part of 4 different MRT lines, which gives commuters more choices of travelling.

The nearest MRT station to the development is Maxwell MRT station (TE18). Situated less than 200 metres from the development, it takes less than 2 minutes to reach the station by foot. Maxwell MRT station is part of the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL), which is a fully underground MRT line that connects the Northern and Eastern regions via the Central region and the new downtown.
